Vendor Information

National Moms Nite Out!® is a an event, filled with giveaways, entertainment, and a marketplace geared towards ALL Mothers … And yes, even Grandma deserves a Nite Out too!  We feature health, wellness, beauty, and fashion products from local and national vendors that cater to every woman. Last year we had over 120 attendees and this year we expect even more women from all around the San Francisco Bay Area. This event is a guilt-free excuse for moms to take the night off to relax and enjoy a celebration of motherhood and learn about all that West Contra Costa County has to offer. This is a national event and hosts volunteer their time to provide Mothers with an evening of well deserved fun!

This event is hosted by The Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County-West. National Mom’s Nite Out is the first nationally organized celebration of motherhood intended to bring together today’s moms, physically and virtually. Mom’s Nite Out will unite over 150 social media groups, companies, local playgroups, mommy bloggers and mother social networks in giving moms a well deserved night off. The evening will consist of local events held across the country, as well as mom-organized parties and virtual activities. Participating as a vendor or sponsor is an excellent opportunity to build your contact list, sell products, and connect with local moms!

We are looking for two types of vendors: Marketplace and Treat Vendors. Marketplace Vendors have a product or service that they would like to have available for purchase in the Mommy Marketplace. Treat Vendors have a special treat that they would like to offer the mom’s for free, such as massage, facials, make overs, manicures or food and drink tastings. Treat vendors are allowed to have free table space since they are being so generous to our deserving moms.* If you have a question as to whether or not your business qualifies as a Marketplace or Treat Vendor, please email wccmochas@yahoo.com.

Marketplace Vendor: Have a professional presence and sales on site!

  • Price includes ONE space for a 6 or 8 foot table (one table and 2 chairs are included)
  • May provide services and sales at event
  • Appropriate location setup for services at event
  • Advertisements on local webpage at momsnite.org, Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County – West Facebook page and Facebook Event page
  • You may pass out Flyers/Business Cards/Promotional Items to event-goers from your table
  • May sell items at event and keep 100% of revenues
  • May provide raffle item to main event raffle
  • One promotional item may be included in Goodie Bags that will be given to the mommies

Treat Vendor: Offer your food or spa services to attendees for FREE!

  • In exchange for providing free tastings or spa services to attendees, vendors receive ONE space for a 6 or 8 foot table (one table and 2 chairs are included) for FREE
  • May sell some items at event and keep 100% of revenues*
  • Appropriate location setup for services at event
  • Advertisements on local webpage at National Moms Nite Out, Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County – West Facebook page and Facebook Event page
  • You may pass out Flyers/Business Cards/Promotional Items to event-goers from your table
  • May provide raffle item to main event raffle
  • One promotional item may be included in Goodie Bags that will be given to the mommies

Other Ways to Participate

If you are interested in participating in our event but won’t be able to attend, we have a few options for you. *U.S. registered and licensed professionals only. Depending on your profession, you may be required to email proof of insurance, bonding, and any local licensing requirements to Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County-West. Food service vendors will be required to show proof of insurance and any local licensing.
