Vendor Registration

The Ultimate Moms’ Nite Out is a an event, filled with giveaways, entertainment, and a marketplace geared towards ALL mothers and caregivers. And yes, even grandma deserves a nite out too!  We feature health, wellness, beauty, and fashion products from local and national vendors that cater to every woman. Last year, we sold over 200 tickets and this year we expect to sell even more as we invite women from all around the San Francisco Bay Area. This event is a guilt-free excuse for moms to take the night off to relax and enjoy an evening designed to treat all moms!

The Ultimate Moms’ Nite Out is hosted by The Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County-West. Participating as a vendor or sponsor is an excellent opportunity to build your contact list, sell products, and connect with local moms! We are looking for two types of vendors: Marketplace and Treat Vendors. Marketplace Vendors have a product or service that they would like to have available for purchase in the Mommy Marketplace. Treat Vendors have a special treat that they would like to offer the mom’s for free, such as massage, facial, mini make over, mini manicure, or food and drink samples. Treat vendors are allowed to have FREE table space since they are being so generous to our deserving moms.* If you have a question as to whether or not your business qualifies as a Marketplace or Treat Vendor, please email wccmochas@yahoo.com.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure that the event is as profitable for your business as possible, we are going to limit the amount of vendors and those selling similar products (such as makeup and jewelry). You can view our category limits below (numbers are current as of 3/2/20):

  • Makeup – max 4; available 4
  • Clothing – max 3; available 0
  • Jewelry – max 4; available 0
  • Accessories – max 3; available 2
  • Gifts – max 3; available 3
  • Health & Beauty (ex. hair care, skin care, soaps) – max 3; available 3
  • Nail Wraps – 2; available 2
  • Home Goods – 3, available 3
    Total – max 25; available 17

We do not have limitations on food and spa treat vendors so if you have a product or service that you would like to offer for free, don’t hesitate to sign up! All food and spa treat vendors will receive their space FOR FREE.

 

Vendor Descriptions

Marketplace Vendor: Have a professional presence and sales on site!

  • Receive one space that includes and a 6 foot table and up to 2 chairs
  • May provide services and sales at event
  • Appropriate location setup for services at event
  • Advertisements on local webpage at momsnite.org, Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County – West Facebook page and Facebook Event page
  • You may pass out Flyers/Business Cards/Promotional Items to event-goers from your table
  • May sell items at event and keep 100% of revenues
  • May provide raffle item to main event raffle
  • One promotional item may be included in Goodie Bags that will be given to the mommies

Treat Vendor: Offer your food or spa services to attendees for FREE!

  • In exchange for providing free food or drink tastings or spa services to attendees, vendors receive one space that includes a 6 foot table and up to 2 chairs FREE
  • May sell some items at event and keep 100% of revenues
  • Appropriate location setup for services at event
  • Advertisements on local webpage at momsnite.org, Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County – West Facebook page and Facebook Event page
  • You may pass out Flyers/Business Cards/Promotional Items to event-goers from your table
  • May provide raffle item to main event raffle
  • One promotional item may be included in Goodie Bags that will be given to the mommies

Other Ways to Participate

If you are interested in participating in our event but won’t be able to attend, we have a few options for you. You can donate an item to our raffle, provide an item for our Goodie Bags or advertise on our website or in our program. For more information, please contact Timiza Johnson at wccmochas@yahoo.com.

*U.S. registered and licensed professionals only. Depending on your profession, you may be required to email proof of insurance, bonding, and any local licensing requirements to Mocha Moms of Contra Costa County-West. Food service vendors will be required to show proof of insurance and any local licensing.
